Here´s one persons impression of Entzaubert 2009:
"The festival itself was absolutely wonderful... The variety of the
material was really fantastic - certainly the largest of such festival
i have ever seen. From light/funny/trashy to very dark/profound/sad,
experimental to narrative, european and non- european, political
and personal, really the selection was superb.
The last night was one of the most moving things i have seen recently
- after a dark depressing weekend (it must be said entzaubert is not
lucky in terms of weather!) and despite the problems, so many people
sat there to watch this wonderful film, ( 'she's a boy I knew')
so many standing as well, all watching so quietly.. I dont know if i m
being over-emotional cos i also had a cold and was quite weak myself,
but it felt absolutely amazing - even my friend that came with me who
is a straight guy from the black block told me that the atmosphere,
the film, the q&a, the people, it was all so amazing that he was so
moved he was shaking...."
